Lloyd Moody knew he wanted a perimeter fence to better manage his stately backyard in West Olympia's Delphi Hills, but his choices were limited. That's because the subdivision has strict conventants about what type of fence can be installed. In fact, the only type of fence allowed is an iron fence. Wood is not allowed.
